以异丙醇为致孔剂,采用溶液聚合法制备了多孔聚丙烯酸钠树脂。采用红外光谱表征了树脂化学结构,采用扫描电子显微镜表征了树脂孔结构,并探讨了单体浓度、引发剂、交联剂、致孔剂以及中和度等因素对聚丙烯酸钠树脂孔结构与吸湿性能的影响,通过热分析研究树脂与水的结合状态并分析树脂的吸湿过程。研究发现,水分子经孔通道由树脂表面扩散至树脂内部形成结合水,说明异丙醇致孔剂制备的多孔通道能实现水分子在树脂内部的输送。
With isopropanol as the porogen agent, the porous sodium polyacrylate resin was prepared by the solution polymerization method. Then the chemical structure of the resin was characterized by spectroscopy, and the pore structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The effects of the monomer concentration, initiating agent, cross-linking agent and pore forming agent and neutralization degree on the pore structure and moisture absorption property were analyzed. The combining state between the resin and the water as well as the absorption process was acquired by thermal analysis. The results show that water molecules diffuse from the surface of the resin to the interior networks via the channel pore, indicating that it could be achieved the goal of water transporting inside of the resin through the pore channel with the isopropanol porogen agent.
