The integrated power electronics, which coutd be realized depend on the use of assembly fabrication technology to a very, iarge extent, wilt be the development trend of power electronics in this century. This paper introduces the main technical process of Integrated Power Electronics Modules (IPEMs): based boards manufacture → SMT →Ultrasonic cleaning → advance test → packaging → appearance treatment → ultimate test and delivery; pointing out that manufacturer must raise their consciousness of protecting, environment, designing a basic conception for the environment and the measures on the environmental protection benefits from the most simple pollution control methods, take a new road to green manufacturing and sustainable development.
