借鉴城市感知维度,提出从地点空间、形象特征以及情感态度三个维度测量游客的历史文化街区感知。运用ROST CM6处理2012年至2015年6月武汉市历史文化街区的网络游记,并采用内容分析法,分析游客对武汉市历史文化街区的感知。结果表明:在地点空间方面,游客对江汉路及中山大道、昙华林的感知较强,而对一元路、“八七”会址及青岛路的感知较弱,且感知强的历史文化街区具有空间集聚特征;在形象特征方面,游客对历史文化类的感知最高,对城市景观类、现代生活类和风土人情类的感知依次降低;在情感态度方面,游客感知以正面为主,中性与负面感知相当。在此基础上,分析游客感知所反映的武汉市历史文化街区发展中存在的问题,提出旅游发展的6A策略。
Drawing lessons from the existing dimensions of city perception, this paper proposes that tourists’ perception on historical and cultural blocks be measured from three dimensions,such as location and space, image and features, and emotional attitude, then it analyzes tourists, perception on Wuhan’s historical and cultural blocks from these three dimensions by using the online travelogues dated from 2012 to June 2015 and processed by using ROST CM6. The results indicate that tourists have stronger perception on the location and space of Jianghan Road and Zhongshan Avenue, and Tanhualin than on that of Yiyuan Road, “ Baqi Meeting” Site and Qingdao Road; the historical and cultural blocks with cluster characteristics in space perceive stronger by tourists ;tourists have the strongest per-ception on the image and feature of history and culture, with that of urban landscape, modern life and local customs decreasing in turn; tourists’emotional attitude is dominated by positive perception,while neutral and negative perception has similar proportion. Finally, based on the above mentioned analy-ses ,the problems existing in the development of Wuhan’s historical and cultural blocks are analyzed and accordingly a 6A tourism development strategy is put forward.
