[目的]通过Meta分析探讨使用泡沫敷料与水胶体敷料的压疮管理效果,为临床选择适当敷料提供依据。[方法]计算机检索PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library及中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库。由两名研究者对文献质量进行评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的文献进行Meta分析。[结果]初步检出相关文献927篇,其中英文文献573篇,中文文献354篇,排除重复87篇,阅读文题和摘要排除807篇,纳入33篇,通过查找全文、阅读、质量评价,最终纳入6篇文献,其中中文文献2篇,英文文献4篇。4篇英文文献是以压疮治疗效果进行分析,显示使用泡沫敷料和水胶体敷料对压疮治愈效果差异无统计学意义[RR=0.96,95%CI(0.67,1.38),P=0.83]。2篇中文文献以高危压疮预防进行分析,显示使用泡沫敷料可以预防病人压疮发生[RR=0.29,95%CI(0.18,0.45),P〈0.001]。[结论]泡沫敷料与水胶体敷料压疮治疗效果仍需进一步临床试验探究,存在压疮风险病人使用泡沫敷料可以预防压疮发生。
Objective Meta analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of foam dressing and hydrocolloid dressing on the management of pressure sores? and to provide the basis for selecting appropriate dressings inclinic. Methods: Computer retrieved PubMed,Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP database. The quality of the literature was evaluated and data was extracted by two researchewas carried out on the literature that met the quality standards. Results: A total of 927 literature were found out,including 573 articles in English and 354 in Chinese?and 87 articles were excluded. 807 articles were excluded by reading the text and abstracts?and 33 articles were included. Through searching for full text? reading and quality evaluation? 6 papers were eventually included ? including 2 Chinese literatures and 4 English Literaturs. 4 English papers analyzed the effect of treatments on pressure ulcers. It showed that there was no significant difference be-tween the foam dressing and hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of pressure sores[RR = 0. 96,9 5 % CK 0. 67, 1. 38) ,P = 0. 83]. 2 articles Chinese analyzed the prevention of high risk pressure ulcers,and showed that foam dressing can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure sores[RR = 0. 29,95 % 1(0. 18,0. 45), P〈0. 001].
