根据仿生矿化的基本原理,在水溶液中以大豆胰岛素抑制剂为基质,CaCl2为钙源,NH4HCO3为CO2来源,利用气体扩散的方法合成了半球状有三叉状凸起结构的碳酸钙晶体.对所得碳酸钙做了XRD,SEM,FT-IR和PL等表征,结果发现所得碳酸钙为方解石型,含有少量蛋白质基质,属于有机无机杂化材料.
Based on the basic principles of biomineralization, a CaCO3 with hierarchical structures is synthesized under the control of trypsin inhibitor from soybean by the gas diffusion method in the water system. The obtained CaCO3 are charac- terized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and PL. The results indicate that the CaCO3 crystal is calcite and it's a kind of organic/inorganic hybrid materials with certain amount of protein in it.
