通过平板稀释法分离纯化菌株,以莴苣和稗草为受体对候选菌株发酵液进行抑草潜力评价,得到1株高抑制率的菌株.形态学观察结合18S r DNA测序鉴定为曲霉真菌,命名为FJ-Z10.土壤盆栽试验结果表明,该菌株发酵液10倍稀释液对白菜根长和株高的抑制率分别为65.88%和18.97%;对白萝卜根长和株高的抑制率分别为43.35%和19.55%;对稗草根长和株高的抑制率分别为60.12%和55.00%;对水稻生长没有明显影响.该真菌可应用于稻田除草,但不适用于蔬菜田除草.
One microbial strain was successfully isolated and purified from the rhizespberic soils by plate dilution method with fungi medium, cooperating with laboratory bioassay using lettuce and barnyard grass as target plants. This strain, named FJ-Z10, was i- dentified as fungus Aspergillus by the morphology and 18S rDNA sequences. In pot culture experiments, the inhibitory rates of a 10- fold dilution of this strain ferments on root length and plant height were 65.88% and 18.97% of Chinese cabbage, 43.35% and 19.55%ofmdish, and 60. 12% and 55.00% of barnyard grass, respectively. However, there was no significant effect on rice growth. The results demonstrated that this fungal strain could be used to control agricultural weeds but was not suitable to control vegetable weeds.
