he conditional probabilities of QTL genotypes under flanking marker genotypes were needed in QTL mapping.This issue was reviewed in F2 and FW population respectively.And then a new eight-way cross design was proposed,and the two-locus probabilities transition matrix of this design and the method for multi-point joint inference of QTL genotype were educed.
