Combined with special energy supply modes and ecological characteristics in Tibet region, the ideas of using active and passive solar energy and improving building heat insulation to solve the heating problem and taking solar hot water as heat source of active heating systems are put forward in the standard. The standard includes determination of indoor and outdoor calculation parameters, calculation of heat load, design of solar hot water systems, etc, and can be used as design basis of heating systems for civil buildings in this region.
