为进一步拓展天然高分子絮凝剂壳聚糖((CTS)的应用范围,以CTS、L-半胱氨酸(L-cys)等为原料,以含镉废水为处理对象,通过正交试验研究了巯基改性壳聚糖(MCC)的最佳制备条件,并研究了水体中常见的Mg^2+、Fe^3+、Al^3+、F^-等4种共存离子对MCC除镉性能的影响.结果表明:在最佳制备条件下得到的MCC对废水中的镉有较好去除效果;Mg^2+的存在对絮凝剂除镉有抑制作用;低浓度的Fe^3+和Al^3+对絮凝剂除镉有抑制作用,但浓度较高时起促进作用;F^-在一定程度上能抑制镉的去除.
In order to extend the application range of natural polymer flocculant chitosan (CTS), an optimum preparation conditions of a new type of flocculant -modified chitosan by L-cysteine (MCC) can be obtained to deal with waste water containing cadmium by an orthogonal experiment. And several coexisting ions which affect the removal rate of Cd^2+ are also studied. It is shown that the removal rate of cadmium in waste water is well; presence of Mg^2+ inhibits the flocculant addition to cadmium; lower concentration of Fe^3+ and Al^3+ inhibits the flocculation of Cd^2+, but it can promote the removal rate of Cd^2+ when concentration increases;and F- can inhibit the removal rate of Cd^3+ to some extent.
