Generally, the enterprises will entrust management advisory corporation (MAC) to offer the basic managing consultation and service for their implementation of informatization, which makes IT built based on the scientific management. There are few documents concerned about the relation between the competence of MAC and the service quality. This paper acquires the data of 30 management advisory corporations in Shanghai by surveying the four aspects of professional experience, competence, reputation and service, meanwhile, it presents a new appraisal model for the informatization of enterprises by the means of the principle component analysis.
