确定出探索式学习、利用式学习、转化式学习,以及研发新度、研发速度的组织学习和企业研发绩效的全新维度构成,建立顾客参与通过组织学习的中介效应驱动企业研发绩效的机制模型。以制造企业为取样对象的实证结果显示:探索式学习、利用式学习在顾客参与驱动研发新度关系中的部分中介效应呈现出统计显著性,但在顾客参与驱动研发速度的关系中无中介效应;转化式学习在顾客参与对研发新度、研发速度的驱动关系中存在部分中介效应。
Dividing new dimensions of exploratory learning, exploitative learning, transformative learning, and R&D newness, R&D speed of organizational learning, and R&D performance of enterprises, the paper establishes the mechanism model of driving of customer participation on R&D performance of enterprises by mediating ef- fects of organizational learning. Empirical results sampling as manufacturing enterprises show that partial mediating effects of exploratory learning and exploitative learning on th6 relationship of driving of customer participation on R&D newness are statistically significant, but they have no mediating effects on the relationship of driving of cus- tomer participation on R&D speed. Transformative learning has partial mediating effects of on the relationships of driving of customer participation on R&D newness and R&D speed.
