采用环境友好的绿色增塑剂环氧大豆油(ESO)代替邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)对PVC进行增塑,通过调节ESO用量,考察分析PVC的拉伸断裂、动态力学及热老化性能的变化规律,并与DOP增塑的PVC产品H-70的性能进行对比.结果表明:当ESO用量为55份时,PVC的断裂拉伸强度为17 MPa,断裂伸长率为382%,玻璃化转变温度为28℃,热老化后质量损失为2.56g/m2,较H-70有显著提高.
Polyvinylcholoride(PVC)was plasticized by epoxidized soybean oil instead of DOP,the change principles of the tensile fracture,dynamic mechanism and heat aging property of PVC were also investigated by regulating the dosage of ESO,and the properties of H-70 were compared.The results showed that when the dosage of ESO was 55,the tensile fracture was 17 MPa,the elongation at break was 382%,the glass transfer temperature was 28 ℃,the weight loss after heat aging was 2.56g/m2,which were significantly improved compared with H-70.
