采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:水=70:30(体积比)为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器对水中2,4,6-三氯酚进行了分离和测定:结果表明:选择固定波长为200nm、流动相流量为1.0mL/min、测定2,4,6-三氯酚的线性范围为5.0~100.0μg/L时,测定结果的标准偏差为0.25~4.98μg/L,相对标准偏差≤5.03%,水样加标回收率为97.2%~110%,方法检出限为1μg/L。该方法具有较好的线性关系、精密度和准确度,可用于快速分析水中的2,4,6-三氯酚。
Taking methanol and water volumetric ratio of 70 : 30 as mobile phase, trace 2,4,6-trichlorophenol(2,4,6-TCP) was separated and determined by C18 column and ultraviolet detector when using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography. The result shows that under the conditions of wave length 200 nm, mobile phase flow rate 1.0 mL/min and linear range from 5.0 to 100.0 μg/L, the standard deviation is 0.25 to 4.98 μg/L, the relative standard deviation is equal to or less than 5.03%, the recovery with standard addition is 97.2% to 110% and the method detection limit is 1μg/L. This method has better linear relationship, precision and accuracy, and it can be used to quickly determine trace 2,4,6-TCP in water.
