荔枝蝽Tessaratomapapillosa Drury是荔枝和龙眼的主要害虫之一,发展荔枝蝽的生物防治技术是无公害化生产荔枝、龙眼的基本保障。虫生真菌在害虫自然种群密度控制中发挥着重要作用,但是有关利用虫生真菌防治荔枝蝽的研究不多。本研究分离了荔园土壤中的虫生真菌,测定了球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana、金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae、玫烟色棒孢菌Isaria fumosorosea和爪哇棒孢菌Isaria javanicus4个菌种的40株菌株对荔枝蝽的致病能力,筛选出2个防效较好的菌株Bb07和Ma03,其LC50值(14d)分别为2.20×106分生孢子.mL-1和2.34×106分生孢子.mL-1,LT50值(1×107分生孢子.mL-1)分别为6.1d和6.6d。田间试验中,当使用浓度为1×108分生孢子.mL-1时,菌株Bb07和Ma03对荔枝蝽均表现出较好的防效,施菌后14d的虫口减退率分别为90.78%和90.34%。
Litchi stink-bug,Tessaratom apapillosa Drury,often cause serious damage on litchi,Litchi chinensis and longan,Euphoria longan,which are common varieties in orchard of South China.It is urgent to develop valid biological agent for control the pest and improve IPM strategy on orchard farming.Entomopathogenic fungi was regarded as a vital ecological factor pressing pest populations in field,however,there were few researches conducted on entomopathogenic fungi against litchi stink-bug.In this study,strains or isolates of Beauveria bassiana,Metarhizium anisopliae,Isaria fumosorosea and Isaria javanicus were isolated from soil samples of litchi orchards in South China.Virulence of forty strains was assayed for their efficacies against T.apapillosa.Two strains,Bb07 and Ma03 demonstrated high toxicity,LC50 values at 14 d were 2.20×106 conidia·mL-1 and 2.34×106 conidia·mL-1,respectively,and LT50 values at 1×107 conidia·mL-1 were 6.1 d and 6.6 d,respectively.Furthermore,when Bb07 and Ma03 were sprayed at a concentration of 1×108 conidia·mL-1 in field trials,they achieved efficiencies of 90.78% and 90.34%,respectively.
