采用数学模型对海底管道溢油扩散进行模拟时,除了要求模拟结果的准确,同时也必须要从经济性角度考虑计算成本的问题.为筛选出合适的数值模型,对不同网格模型进行了对比性研究.基于结构网格,采用有限体积法建立溢油扩散模型,并采用流体体积法来追踪多相流界面.选用疏、密两种不同网格进行计算.根据Fan(1967)经典实验,选择3种不同工况,并采用其实验数据对计算结果进行验证对比.通过不同工况下疏、密网格模型中溢油的传播形态、到达海面时间、横向漂移距离、海面扩散范围及电脑计算时间的对比分析,研究了网格疏密对溢油结果的影响.研究表明:密网格模型电脑计算时间过长,各种物理量的提升效率一般,而疏网格模型计算成本则较为合适.该模型可为海管溢油扩散预测及应急维修提供参考.
When modeling the oil leakage from subsea pipeline,in addition to the accuracy of the result,the calculation cost must be considered from the aspect of economy.To select a proper numerical model to simulate this complex flow,a comparative study with different grid models was carried out.And a two dimensional oil diffusion model under ocean current was established by the finite volume method.Based on the structured grid,the volume of fluid method was employed to track the interface of multi-phase flow.Two grid models,the sparse grid and the dense grid,were simulated under the same conditions.Three cases were selected from the typical oil spill experiment in Fan(1967).And the experimental data available were employed as a criterion for the comparison between different grid models.According to the calculation results,a comparative analysis of oil diffusing form,arriving time to the surface and lateral drifting distance was made between the two grid models,respectively.And surface diffusion range and simulation time were also introduced to do the comparison for the grid density.The research shows that the simulation time of the dense grid model is very long,and the promotion efficiency of its various physical quantities is low. The calculation cost of the sparse grid model is,however,found to be relatively appropriate.This model can be used to forecast the fate and transport of an oil spill of subsea pipelines and employed for oil spill response and environmental impact assessment.
