论文对含逆向物流的维修供应链运作方案进行了研究,方案一为仅使用可再用的零配件,方案二为新配件和可再用的零配件混合使用,研究表明:当废旧产品的单位回收价格和废旧产品残余的单位回购价格确定的情况下,执行方案二收益更高。若降低维修中心对废旧产品的单位回收价格,适当提高制造商和供应商对废旧产品残余的单位回购价格,则可提高售后服务水平达到供应链的整体最优。
The operating project of the service supply chain containing reverse logustucs has been researched in this paper. The first project used reusable coraponents only and the second project used both the new and the reusable ones together. Results indicated that if the recycling price of discarded product per unit and the residual price of the discarded product per unit are fixed, then the profits gained by using the second project will be better. By reducing the recycling price of discarded product and raising the residual price of the discarded product, the whole optimization of supply chain was realized.
