英文摘要：
Two factors should be considered when enterprises enter a new industry. One is mining the knowledge in the original industry; the other is the external knowledge acquisition. Therefore, the progress of knowledge transfer and technology integration in the sample enterprise is analyzed. The study shows that cross-industry knowledge transfer could decrease the entry barriers when the enterprise enters the new industry, modular design is useful to acquire the external knowledge, and technology integration could drive the new product development. Moreover, the model of knowledge transfer and technology integration is constructed.
