通过在溶液浇筑法制备的离子交换膜的表面进行化学镀铂,制备出具有三明治型结构的离子聚合物金属复合材料。使用扫描电镜和能谱仪对其表面和断面形貌以及铂金属含量分布进行表征,并采用电化学阻抗分析方法测试研究其电化学性能,结合实验结果和电极反应动力学理论建立电路模型。实验结果和电路模型分析表明:损坏后试样较正常试样的溶液电阻和电荷传递电阻增大,而双电层电容和Warburg阻抗的数值减小。可见将电化学性能作为评价离子聚合物金属复合材料驱动性能和传感性能的评价指标是可行的。
Sandwich structured ionic polymer metal composite (IPMC) was prepared by electroless deposition method through plating platinum on ion exchange membrane surface. The surface morphology and cross section morphology were characterized by scanning electron microscope. The distribution of platinum metal content of IPMC was characterized by energy dispersive spectrometer. The electrochemical properties of IPMC were explored by electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy. A circuit model was established according to the experimental results and the electrode kinetic theory. The experimental results and the circuit model analysis of damaged sample showed that the solution resistance and charge transfer resistance increased, while the value of electric double-layer capacitor and Warburg impedance decreased. In conclusion, it is feasible to use the electrochemical performance as the evaluation index of the driving and sensing properties of IPMC.
