采用一种新的动态弯曲测试方法并制作测试装置,将矩形自制纯棉机织物试样置于规定的稳定风场中,一端固定,另一端自由下垂,在气流的作用下来回自由弯曲摆动;提出动态弯曲角指标,每隔1/24 S对织物试样在来回弯曲运动中的动态弯曲角进行测试,得到该指标随时间的变化曲线和一段时间内的平均值,以此对棉机织物试样的动态弯曲变形行为进行分析和评价.通过试验分析,探讨气流、纱线线密度、织物密度及组织结构对织物动态弯曲变形性能的影响.研究发现,织物试样在一定的气流环境中呈现一种有内在规律性的动态弯曲变形行为,这种行为是织物本身和外界气流等多因素下的综合效果.
A new dynamic bending test method is proposed and the instrument is built up. Rectangular self-made cotton woven fabric samples were put in a defined gentle wind field with one end fixed and the other end freely draped. The fabric sample bended back and forth freely in the role of the airflow. The index of dynamic bend angle was proposed to describe and evaluate the instantaneous bending degree of the fabric at the fixed line. For each sample, the angle was measured and calculated every 1/24 s. Thus the dynamic bend angle-time curve was obtained as well as the average value of the dynamic bending angles was calculated, which were used to further describe the dynamic bending properties of the fabrics. Therefore, the dynamic bending behavior of cotton woven fabric was measured and evaluated. Based on the test results, the factors that might influence the dynamic bend properties of cotton woven fabric were studied. Experimental results show that the fabric sample in certain air environment presents a kind of internal rules that the dynamic bending behavior of the fabric follows, which depends on comprehensive effects of fabrics and the air environment.
