为了研究汽车典型线束包覆物的火灾危险性,采用ISO 5660锥形量热仪对2种原材料PA66、PA6以及3种典型线束包覆物成品波纹管(PP)、扎带(PA6)、热缩管(交联聚烯烃)在不同辐射通量密度下进行了辐射引燃试验,测得点燃时间和热释放速率等参数,并利用不同辐射条件下的点燃时间推算出它们的临界辐射通量密度。对5种材料火灾增长指数和火灾性能指数等多种评价参数进行了分析,结果表明,在这5种试验样品中,危险性最高的为波纹管(PP),危险性最低的为热缩管(交联聚烯烃)。
To study the fire properties of the typical wire coating materials of automobile, we use ISO 5660 cone calorimeter to make radiation ignition test on two raw materials PA66 and PA6, and three different wTire coating materials of PP, PA6 and XLPO under different radiation flux densities, to get parameters like ignition time, heat release rate (HRR), and use ignition time at different radiation conditions to calculate their critical radiation flux density. Through analysis of fire grow index (FGI), fire performance index (FPI) and other evaluation parameters, we conclude that PP has the highest fire risk while XLPO has the lowest fire risk.
