研究了利用空气射流进行冷却的钢化玻璃淬冷系统流场特征,通过分析空气流动线路和生产线的实际形状,提出了将钢化系统进行分段模拟处理的方案。同时通过在风栅前后两侧添加空气块和左右两侧使用周期性边界条件的方式,使得数值模拟更加接近实际工况。通过数值模拟得到了实际工况下风管、风栅和玻璃表面任意点的压力和流速等细节性的信息,揭示了钢化玻璃淬冷系统整个流场的运行状态,以及阵列风嘴对高温玻璃的强制对流换热作用机理,并得到最佳的玻璃上下风栅配对距离,达到上下表面压力一致的最佳工艺效果。
This paper studies the use of cold air jet cooling quenching toughened glass system flow field characteristics,based on the actual shape of air flow lines and production lines,toughened system is put forward to segmented simulation processing scheme. At the same time in the wind gate on both sides before and after adding air blocks and left and right sides of the way using the periodic boundary conditions, make the numerical simulation is more close to the actual working condition. Duct under the actual working condition is obtained by numerical simulation,the wind gate and glass surface detail such as the pressure and velocity of arbitrary point information,reveals the quenched tempered glass system running state,the flow field in the whole of the wind and the array of the forced convection heat transfer in a high-temperature glass works,and get the best glass grating pair downwind distance,achieve the best technology of upper and lower surface pressure consistent results.
