Network information technology has a profound effect on Chinese language and culture education. Cooperative learning of web-based teaching has some problems like backward concept of education,insufficient affective interaction and lack of proper evaluation.To improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning,some improvements need to be implemented,like weU-designed instructional strategies,properly distribution of participant＇s role,optimization of the environment of cooperative learning and effective evaluation.
