This paper proposes a model of intellectual capital,dynamic ability and enterprise sustained competitive advantage.It attempts to discuss how the three elements of intellectual capital （human capital,structural capital,relational capital） affect the formation of enterprise dynamic ability,and then discusses the relationship between dynamic ability and enterprise sustained competitive advantage.
