2011年,江苏省开始招收免费幼儿师范男生。通过自编量表进行测试发现:免费幼儿师范男生教师职业认同总体水平比普通幼儿师范女生略高,但差异不显著;不同入学动机的免费幼儿师范男生的教师职业认同感存在显著差异;不同年级、不同家庭经济状况、是否教师家庭等因素对免费幼儿师范男生的教师职业认同感不存在显著差异。注重社会舆论的宣传和导向,深入开展教育教学改革实践活动,实行分层培育,能够促进免费幼儿师范男生的教师职业认同水平提升。
In 2011,Jiangsu Province started to recruit the tuition-free normal boy students.Through the question-naire test,results showed the tuition-free normal boy students'occupation identity to the pre-school teachers is gen-erally higher than the girl students,but the difference is not obvious.The tuition-free normal boy students'occupa-tion identity to the pre-school teachers is obviously different if there is different motivation of going to school.Differ-ent grades,different family economic status or parent-teacher backgrounds do not show quite different occupation i-dentity to the pre-school teachers among the boys.Emphasis on social publicity and guidance of public opinion,the further-deepened practice of the teaching reform of education and the implementation of hierarchical cultivation can promote the level of the tuition-free normal boy students'occupation identity to the preschool teachers.
