本文论述了安全生产与应急决策信息技术系统的研发内容、系统架构及其功能实现。在对水电工程施工安全影响因素的评价过程中,首先采用施工现场调查问卷的方法获取原始数据,经SPSS分析得出采集的数据的信度分析、效度检验均达到了要求。利用结构方程模型,在AMOS中建立了三个模型,然后对上述模型进行修正,计算出工程施工安全影响因素潜变量之间的路径系数,即:企业影响、安全管理、现场作业相关因素、施工人员的安全相关因素等因素之间影响的定量关系。使用ANP方法对这些因素进行评价。为了管理和分析水利发电工程的危险源信息,采用LECM评价模块对危险源采用人工监测识别进行定量分析;同时采用LECM评分方法,对危险源进行定性分析,根据分析结果提供辅助决策信息。
This paper discusses the development, system structure and application of safety management and emergency decision system, focusing on the evaluation procedure of construction safety factors. First, raw data were collected by questionnaire survey and their reliability and validity were estimated by SPSS. Then, three models were developed in the frame of AMOS based on structural equation model theory, and they were analyzed and updated by using the input data to obtain an optimization model that calculates the correlation paths coefficients between the four latent variables, i.e. enterprise influence, security management, field work related factors, and construction personnel safety related factors. ANP was used for estimation and statistical analysis of the accident cases. Dangerous sources were evaluated with a LECM module that adopts manual monitoring and recognition for quantitative analysis and LECM grading methods for qualitative analysis.
