【目的/意义】用户需求是网络知识社区发展的起点和归宿。【方法/过程】运用移植借鉴和逻辑分析等方法,解析网络知识社区用户需求类型,揭示网络知识社区用户需求层次规律。【结果/结论】研究发现:网络知识社区用户需求呈现多元化特征,具体包括知识需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求等五种类型;网络知识社区是学习者、社交者、领袖者等多种用户角色的生态平衡,不同的用户角色有着明显的需求层次差异。据此提出面向用户需求的网络知识社区服务策略。
【Purpose/significance】User needs are the starting point and end-result of the development of network knowl-edge community.【Method/process】By using methods of transplantation and logic analysis, this article analyzes the types ofuser needs and reveals the hierarchy law of user needs in network knowledge community.【Result/conclusion】This articlebelieves that user needs in network knowledge community may be divided into five types, such as knowledge needs, safetyneeds, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. There are mainly three user roles in network knowledgecommunity, such as learner, socializer, and leader, which have different levels of user needs. Based on previous research,several user needs-oriented service strategies of network knowledge community are proposed.
