在本文中,主要研究了一类具有CTL免疫反应的病毒动力学的数学模型,对其具有一般形式疾病发生率的模型进行了讨论,通过构造Lyapunov函数,给出了平衡点处的全局稳定性分析.当R0墨1时,病毒在体内清除;当Ro〉1,如果R1〈1,表示病毒最终生存而CTL免疫细胞最终消失;如果R1〉l,病毒和CTL免疫细胞会持续生存.
In this paper, the dynamical behavior of the virus dynamics model with CTL immune response is considered. The stability of equilibria of the system with an infection rate in general form are analyzed by construting suitable Liapunov functions. If the threshold is less than or equal to 1 , the infection-free equilibrium is globMly asymptotically stable and the virus will be cleared.When the threshold is great than 1 and the threshold is less than 1, the immune-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable o If is great than 1,the endemic equilibrium persists.
