对于某款搭载12挡AMT的重型载货汽车,在AMESim环境下搭建了包括发动机、离合器及其执行机构、变速器及其执行机构和车体与轮胎等部件的传动系动态仿真模型,进行仿真并通过了台架试验和实车试验的验证。然后以搭建的传动系模型为平台,通过AMESim-Simulink联合仿真,设计了车辆起步控制器并进行其参数标定。实车起步试验结果表明,所设计的PID起步控制器能够满足实车起步的要求。
A dynamic simulation model for the powertrain system of a heavy truck equipped with a 12-speed AMT is set up with AMESim, which covers the sub-models of engine, clutch and its actuator, transmission and its actuator, body and tires. A simulation is conducted and verified by both bench and real vehicle tests. Then an AMESim-Simulink co-simulation is performed on the model established, and a vehicle start-up controller is designed with its parameters calibrated. The results of real vehicle starting test show that the PID start-up controller can meet the requirements of vehicle starting process.
