互联网正深刻地推进着经济社会的变革,互联网的赋能作用正在日益凸显,并由此影响组织惯例的重构。该文选择六家来自传统制造业的“中华老字号”,遵循自然主义方法论的成熟范式,运用扎根理论方法,将界面耦合学说作为元理论,提出了互联网赋能和组织管理重构两个构念,以及数据结构和相关命题。从而较为系统地回答了三个问题:互联网赋能的构念是什么?组织惯例重构的构念以及动力与前因是什么?互联网赋能惯例重构的机制是什么?这些成果,将互联网赋能的学说向前推进了一步,也将助益组织惯例理论的相关研究;对于“中华老字号”中正在进行互联网转型的一线管理者也带了启发。
The Intornet is pushing forward the economic and social changes, and its empowering role is becoming increasingly prominent, thus affecting the rcconstruction of organizational routine. Based on principles of the theorctical sampling, this paper chose 6 "China Time-honored Brands'* from the traditional manufacturing industry, according to the mature paradigm of naturalism methodology. This paper takes the interfacial coupling theory as the presupposition theory, proposes two constructions of the Internet empowerment and the reconstruction of organizational routine, and data structure and related propositions as well. Thus the paper systematically answers the three questions below. What is thc construction of the Intcrnct empowerment? What are the construction of organizational routine, its motivation and antecedent? What is the mechanism of the reconstruction of organizational routine of Internet empowerment? These achievements will bc able to make thc theory of the Intcrnet empowcrment move one step forward, but also to help the research on organizational routine ontology. It gives inspiration to the managers of "China Time-honored Brands " in thc transformation of the Internet.
