为提高柴油机低温起动性能,在研究低温起动困难以及起动过程中转速波动原因的基础上,建立了进气火焰预热过程的数学模型。在-35℃、-30℃、-25℃、-20℃的环境温度下改变预热塞的流量进行起动试验。结果表明对于四缸增压柴油机,在预热塞流量为7~10ml/min和转速在250r/min下,发动机转速增加平稳、起动时间短;预热火焰的间断性和缸内部分工作循环失火是造成起动转速波动的主要原因。
The cold startability of diesel engine with an inlet air lame-pre-heater was investigated to improve the cold starting behavior. The cold stating factor and the reason of the cranking speed variety were analyzed, then the flame preheating model was concluded. The predicted results of different ambient temperatures(-35℃, -30℃, -25℃, -20℃) were tested by the different types of lame pre-heater. The experimental results indicate that the diesel rotate stably and ignite continuously if the fluent quantity of pre-heater is 7~10ml/min and the cranking speed is 250 r/min and that the partly misfire and the preheating flare discontinuous are the main factor caused the circling instability.
