针对染料和Cd S等量子点敏化剂存在的不足,开发廉价、易合成、无毒无害、催化性能好且带隙较窄的Cu基量子点材料成为敏化剂研究的重点之一.综述了Cu基量子点对Ti O2的敏化方式、Cu基量子点敏化Ti O2的光响应性和电荷传递性能及在不同领域的应用的研究进展,并对Cu基量子点敏化Ti O2在光催化制氢领域的研究重点进行了分析和总结.
Cu-based quantum dots are easy to synthetize and can replace dye, CdS quantum dots and etc. , as sensitizer of TiO2 due to their advantages of low cost, non-toxic, good catalytic activities, and narrow band gap. The progresses in in-situ or ex-situ deposition of Cu-based quantum dots on TiO2 , the photon absorption abilities and the charge transfer properties of TiO2 sensitized by Cu-based quantum dots, and their applications in different fields were reviewedin this paper. In addition, research focused on TiO2 sensitized by Cu-based quantum dots for photocatalytic hydrogen production in the near future were also analyzed and discussed.
