引进校园自行车不仅可以创建绿色和低碳的校园交通体系,还可以丰富大学生学习和娱乐生活,但购买新车前期费用较高、后期维修不便,而一个合理的租赁制度和租赁机构可以解决大学生的这一问题。文中以海南大学海甸校区为研究范围,采用问卷调查的形式,对校园自行车租赁业务从需求和供给方面进行了调查,并进行了SWOT分析,在此基础上给出了具体建议。期望研究结果能为高校开展自行车租赁业务提供实施依据,为后期的有序管理奠定基础。

英文摘要：

Introducing campus bicycles not only can contribute to building the green and low-carbon transportation system in campus, but also can enrich the students＇ campus life. However, it is costly to buy new bicycles at the early stage, and it is inconvenient to fix them at the later stage, whereas a reasonable renting system can solve this issue. The research area is the Haidian campus of Hainan university. By using questionnaire, this paper analyzes the campus bicycles renting system from the point of demand and supply, followed by the SWOT analysis. Based on the above conclusion, the specific advice is presented at last. This paper hopes that the results can both be helpful for other campuses when they implement the campus bicycles renting system and lay the foundation of later order management.
