A new single-code assignment scheme named leftmost-fragment assignment （LFA） was propesed. Mathematic analysis and simulation results show that LFA Scheme has low computational complexity close to the existing leftmost scheme, and low code blocking rate and good fairness performances close to the existing weight scheme. Because of its simplicity, efficiency and fairness, LFA Scheme can be widely used in any DS-CDMA systems employing OVSF code as channelization code.
