文章阐述了服务情景、动机和能力是嵌入式知识服务的3个决定性影响因素。在归纳大量理论和文献的基础上,从社会交换理论的视角,从资源维度、关系维度和认知维度对嵌入式知识服务影响过程进行解构,进一步为嵌入式知识服务效果的提升提供启示。
This paper proposes that knowledge service context,motives and ability are the most important influential factors to embedded knowledge service.On this basis,after summarizing the theories of knowledge service,the paper systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of resources dimension,relationship dimension and cognition dimension to embedded knowledge service from the perspective of social exchange theory.Finally,the measures of improving effectiveness of embedded knowledge service are discussed.
