基于能力建构视角,将资源拼凑视为新创企业在资源有限的情况下、充分运用手头资源建构企业能力并获取竞争优势的战略途径。对349份调查问卷进行结构建模发现:要素拼凑有助于提升资源整合能力,但一定程度上阻碍了机会识别能力;顾客拼凑能够提升机会识别能力,而对资源整合能力没有显著影响;制度拼凑对机会识别能力和资源整合能力均存在正向影响,但影响程度相对较小;资源整合能力和机会识别能力越高,新创企业的绩效越好。
Based on Makadok's capability building theory, resource bricolage was viewed as a process in which firms used limited handy resources to forge organizational capabilities and gain com- petency. The path modeling of 349 new ventures data indicates that input bricolage is positive with in- tegration capability, but negative with opportunity capability. Customer bricolage is positive with op- portunity capability, but has no significant effect on integration capability. Institution bricolage has positive but less significant effects on both integration and opportunity capabilities. The higher the firm's integration and opportunity capabilities are, the higher its performance is.
