构建低温等离子体(NTP)辅助催化还原试验平台,对NTP去除NOx过程中影响去除率的放电电压、能量注入密度等进行试验分析,对以HC为还原剂的选择性催化还原技术(HC-SCR)应用过程中的还原剂喷射、不同温度条件下的温度活性等进行研究,对低温情况下NTP对HC-SCR的促进作用进行试验研究。研究结果表明:NTP对低温下的HC-SCR净化率有明显的促进作用,对NOx去除率提高程度达到一倍以上,为柴油机排放控制中的应用提供了依据。
This article constructed the non-thermal platform. Impacts of discharge voltage and energy process were tested and analyzed, the reducing selective catalytic reduction technology which took activities at different temperature were studied, plasma (NTP) assisted catalytic reduction test density on NOx removal rate in NTP removing agent injection in the application process of HC as reductant (HC-SCR) and temperature such as the promotion effect of the low temperature circumstances (NTP) for HC-SCR were studied. Experimental results show that under the low temperature NTP can promote HC-SCR purification rate obviously, NOx removal level is double to the mormal level. This paper can be reference for applying NTP to control diesel engine emission.
