获得垃圾热值的方法有直接测定法和计算法两种.现有的计算方法在预测城市生活垃圾热值精度和适用性方面有待提高,迫切需要一种能够准确预测城市生活垃圾热值的计算方法.为此,以我国7个城市的16个生活垃圾为样品,进行基础物化性质分析.根据分析结果,采用现有的计算模型以及MATLAB计算软件等进行计算及修正,得出新的计算公式.验证发现,该公式能较好地估算我国现阶段各地区的垃圾热值,可以为全国各地计划新建的生活垃圾焚烧项目的工艺设计和运营管理提供理论数据和支撑.
Incineration is a dominant method to disposal municipal solid waste(MSW) harmlessly,and heat value is one of the necessary parameters for incineration process design.There are two methods to get the heat value of MSW,one is direct detection,the other is calculation.The existing computational methods for the prediction of MSW heat value need to be improved in accuracy and applicability;it is necessary to develop a new calculation method to predict the heat value of MSW accurately.Therefore,sixteen MSW samples derived from seven cities in China,the physicochemical properties of MSW are analyzed.Based on the results of analysis,the existing calculation model and Matlab calculation software,a new calculation formula is developed.This calculation formula is suitable to estimate the heat value of MSW in different areas of China,so as to provide theoretical data for process design and operation management for MSW incineration plant for its accuracy and convenience.
