发展高端激光制造技术与装备可促进我国传统制造业转型升级。由天津大学牵头的国家重点研发项目“高性能倍半氧化物激光晶体生长及制造工艺与装备”针对性能优良的大尺寸、高熔点倍半氧化物晶体生长工艺与集成装备,及硬脆激光晶体的高效低损伤超精密磨削、抛光工艺与装备等研发难题,开展晶体生长、加工工艺和装备的重大共性关键技术研究。项目预期发展具有自主知识产权、国际先进水平的大尺寸、高熔点倍半氧化物晶体的生长工艺及装备、加工工艺及装备。研制出的高精度大径厚比倍半氧化物激光晶体元件为高功率先进激光器提供核心元件,将会在增材制造、激光制造、信息产业等国家需求的重点领域开拓战略性的新兴产业。
Developing high-end laser manufacturing technology and equipment can promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry.The national key research and development program on the technology and equipment of the fabrication and manufacture of high performance sesquioxides crystals has been recently approved.Tianjin University takes the leadership in this national program.Aiming at the research and development of growth technology and relevantequipment of sesquioxides crystals with a large size and high melting point,as well as high-efficiency and low-damageultra-precision grinding,polishing technology and equipment of the laser crystal that is hard and brittle,this project willcarry out the research on key technology of crystal growth,processing technology and equipment.The implementation ofthis project is expected to develop growth,processing techniques and relevant equipment of producing sesquioxides crystalswith a large size and high melting point.The sesquioxides laser crystal elements with high-precision and large radiusthicknesscan serve as the core element for advanced high-power lasers,which will open up emerging industries in areas like additive manufacturing,laser manufacturing and information technology.
