根据空间结构理论，运用空间作用原理，以江苏省新沂市为研究样本，对影响县域发展的空间结构作了初步研究。指出新沂由于远离经济核心城市、并处于徐连双核结构的中点是其发展滞后的空间方面的客观原因，并提出实施“T”字型开发战略、构建宿新双核结构和新沂中心城市圈等有利于新沂及其邻近地区的空间发展思路。
英文摘要：
According to the theories of spatial structures and applying the principles of space interaction, the paper selects Xinyi city in Jiangsu previncc as a case to tentatively study the spatial structures which influence county development, It points out that the objective cause in the spatial aspect of Xinyi＇ s developing slowly is that it is far away from the nucleus of Shanghai economic circle and at the mid~lle point of＇ Xuzhou - Lianyungang dual - nuclei stucture, and suggests implementing the ＂T＂ model exploiting strategy and constructing Suqian - Xinyi dual - nuclei structure and Xinyi - centered urban circle in order to help improving Xinyi and its surrounding region＇s spatial development.
