设计了应用于绝缘封装液体安全检测的带状平行平板电容传感器.分析了电容边缘效应与“软场”特性的检测原理.设计了带状平行平板传感器性能测试实验包括传感器结构参数,实验参数,并针对传感器尺寸(面积)变化对电势分布与检测的可行性进行了详细分析,并获得其定性结论.设计第二类传感器基于ECT检测方式,给出了具体设计参数与实验参数,与带状平行平板电容传感器进行了优缺点对比,实验结果表明,带状平行电容传感器在便携性、灵活性方面优于ECT传感器,通过传感器参数的优化也能够达到ECT传感器的检测性能.总体而言,带状平行平板电容传感器更适用于绝缘封装液体安全检测的工程应用.
A planar capacitive sensor is designed for application of liquid security detection, and the liquid is sealed in insulation container. Firstly, the principle of capacitive edge effect and the characteristics of "soft field" are introduced. A series of experiments for the planar capacitive sensor test are designed, including sensor structure parameters and conditions of the experiments. For the relations between sensor structure parameters and the sensor potential distribution, detailed analyses are presented and the qualitative conclusions are discussed. An ECT sensor is designed in the same conditions to compare with the planar capacitive sensor, and the results indicate that the planar capacitive sensor is superior in portability, flexibility, and moreover, the detection performance of the sensor can be same as the ECT sensor by the sensor optimization. For the application of the liquid security detection, the planar capacitive sensor is more suitable than the ECT senor.
