本文从“虚拟水”的角度对三江平原地区单位农产品和畜产品包含的虚拟水含量进行了分析。在阐述“虚拟水”的概念内涵的基础上,对虚拟水量的计算流程、单位农产品虚拟水含量的计算方法进行了分析。通过比较三江平原和我国平均农作物虚拟水含量,找出三江平原单位农产品虚拟水含量较平均值低的原因,指出三江平原发展“虚拟水经济”的优势,最后提出了在虚拟水研究中存在的不足和我国粮食安全问题。
Based on the theory of virtual water, in the paper we present the containing of virtual water content of units agricultural and livestock products in Sanjiang Plain, and then analyze the definat-ion and connotation of virtual water. With the Sanjiang Plain as a case, the virtual water content of agricultural products unit calculation methods and the concept of virtual water flow calculation are analyzed. By comparing virtual water content of the Sanjiang Plain and Chinese crop, identify reasons of the agricultural units virtual water content in Sanjiang Plain lower than the average, point out the advantages of development of the Sanjiang Plain "virtual water economy". Finally, exposit the shortcomings in the study of virtual water and the grain shortage and security issues in China.
