In the process of internationalization, China railway enterprise has achieved remarkable achievements and meanwhile also paid a heavy price for many investment projects, intensively reflecting the drawbacks of cultivating the international law professionals in China＇s universities. The laws that enterprises face at the international level -in- ternational private law should be taught in such aspects as： emphasis on the teaching the theoretical study correspond- ing with the practice; strengthening the teaching of methodology of major classical theory; using the reverse teaching in terms of basic legal system and rules applicable to law; carrying out the comparative teaching between related disciplines, foreign and domestic cases, and applicable laws.
