采用表层开槽、嵌贴纤维增强复合材料这一结构加固新技术,对11个跨度为2.6m的T形截面加固梁进行了梁式拉拔黏结试验,研究了混凝土表层嵌贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)板条的黏结承载力,试验中考察了碳纤维增强复合材料板条的嵌贴长度和黏结剂厚度2个重要参数。基于试验所得的黏结剪应力-滑移曲线和假定的破坏准则,导出了混凝土表层嵌贴碳纤维增强复合材料板条的黏结承载力计算公式.比较研究表明,提出的黏结承载力理论公式,计算简便,结果安全,可供实际工程加固设计参考采用.
A new strengthening technique of near-surface mounted fiber-reinforced plastic bars/strips was used to enhance the strength and stiffness of reinforced concrete structures. Eleven modified beam tests were conducted on T-section beams with a span of 2.6 m to study the bond behavior of near-surface mounted carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) strips. The tests determined the bond failure load and its dependence on the two key factors of bond length and adhesive thickness. Based on the bond shear stress-slip relationship obtained from the tests and the proposed bond failure criterion, a formula for the bond failure load was developed. Results show that the formula is simple and provides safe predictions, thus can be used in the practical strengthening design.
