目的探讨不同证型抑郁症患者外周血ATP1A1基因表达水平及相关因素差异。方法采用病例对照方法,纳入抑郁症患者40例,其中肝郁气滞证20例,心脾两虚证20例,另设健康对照20名,分析3组外周血ATP1A1的基因表达差异及与中医证型、焦虑程度的关系。结果肝郁气滞证、心脾两虚证抑郁症患者HAMD、HAMA量表评分均高于健康对照组(P〈0.01),肝郁气滞组HAMA量表评分高于心脾两虚组(P〈0.05);肝郁气滞证、心脾两虚证抑郁症患者外周血ATP1A1表达水平低于健康对照组(P〈0.01),肝气郁滞组低于心脾两虚组(P〈0.05)。结论不同证型抑郁症患者外周血ATP1A1基因表达水平及HAMA评分比较存在差异,可作为中医辨证分型客观依据。
Objective To investigate ATP1A1 expression level of peripheral blood among the major depressive disorder( MDD)patients with different TCM clinical syndromes as well as the analysis of relevant factors. Methods 40 MDD patients were recruited with case controlled method and divided into the group of liver qi stagnation( Ganyuqizhi,GYQZ,20 cases),group of deficiency of heart and spleen( Xinpiliangxu,XPLX 20,cases),and normal control group of healthy condition( NC,20 cases). The differences between the gene expression of ATP1A1 in peripheral blood of three groups and the relations between TCM syndromes and anxiety degree were analyzed. Results Both HAMD and HAMA scores of GYQZ and XPLX groups showed significant increase comparing to that of NC group( P〈0. 01). Total HAMA score of GYQZ group was significantly higher than that of XPLX group( P〈0. 05). Both GYQZ and XPLX groups showed significant decrease of ATP1A1 gene expression level comparing to that of NC group( P〈0. 01) with GYQZ group reduced more than that of XPLX group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion There are differences between ATP1A1 gene expression level in the peripheral blood and HAMA scores in MDD patients with different TCM syndromes,which can be the objective evidence for TCM syndrome differentiation.
