针对4,4′-二苯甲烷二氨基甲酸甲酯(4,4′-MDC)分解制备4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(4,4′-MDI)的反应过程,利用高效液相色谱分析方法同时实现原料及产品的定量分析。采用二正丁胺为封端衍生剂,封端反应结束后采用甲醇为溶剂稀释,确定了最佳分析条件。该方法快速简便,精密度、准确度都较高,适于该反应的定量分析,取得了较满意的结果。
HPLC analysis of the raw material and the product obtained during decomposition of 4,4′-methylene di (phenylene carbamate) (4,4′-MDC) for preparing 4,4′-methylene di(phenylene isoeyanate) (4,4′-MDI) was studied in this paper. Di-n-butyl amine was used as the blocking agent while methanol was added as the diluting solvent after the blocking reaction. The optimum analytical conditions were confirmed. It was a simple and rapid method suitable for the quantitative analysis of reaction products. The method has a high accuracy with satisfactory results.
