英文摘要：

C/EBPβ（CCAAT enhancer binding proteinβ） is an important transcription factor that belongs to C/EBP family.C/EBPβ plays important roles in numerous cellular responses by regulating the transcription of target genes,including cell proliferation and differentiation,tumorigenesis and apoptosis,and cell cycle regulation,and these functions of C/EBP？β are post-translationally regulated by phosphorylation,acetylation and ubiquitination,etc.In this paper,the research progress of C/EBPβ ？in the translational modification and post-translational modification affecting its biological functions will be reviewed.These researches not only provide new insights into the regulatory mechanisms of C/EBPβ,but also provide new understanding about the occurring and therapy of obesity and relevant metabolic diseases.
