为了综合考虑轴流泵叶轮工作时叶片真实的应力及变形状态,基于Ansys Workbench软件平台运用计算流体动力学分析软件CFX对轴流泵模型叶片进行了流固耦合数值模拟。比较并分析了两种泵轮转速工况下叶片的强度及刚度的不同,发现叶片根部有明显的应力集中现象,叶尖处有较大变形。结果表明:叶根部位为叶片危险截面,容易发生疲劳断裂;叶尖部位振动问题显著。
Fluid-solid coupling of model axial flow pump blade was simulated using CFD software CFX on the Ansys Workbench software platform to consider the true state of stress and deformation of the blade under pump working mode. A comparison of strength and stiffness between two impeller speeds is presented. Results show that considerable stress concentration occurs at the blade root while deformation peak occurs at the blade tip. Thus, the blade root of joint is a dangerous location subjected to fatigue break, and vibrations of blade tip are significant.
