太赫兹(THz)波是有待进行全面研究开发的波段,在高灵敏的 THz 探测技术中,不仅要知道 THz 信号的功率,还要了解THz信号的频率和频谱,研制一种小型的THz频谱分析仪是开发太赫兹科学技术中不可或缺的。本文对高温超导双晶结中晶界对磁通流运动的诱导作用,超导检测器与 THz 波的相互作用进行了研究,利用超导约瑟夫森结对太赫兹波高灵敏的响应,通过 Hilbert变换,研制出了超导小型 THz 频谱检测仪,并对多种太赫兹信号源进行了频谱测量。
Terahertz(THz)is a waveband with great potential for researching and development.With high-sensitivity THz detection techniques,we have to know the THz signal power,its frequency and spectrum.Therefore,it is indis-pensable to develop a kind of miniaturized THz spectrum analyzer.This paper studies the induction of the vortice dynamic by the crystal boundary in the high temperature superconducting bi-crystal j unction,and the interaction of superconducting detector and THz wave.It utilizes the high sensitivity response of superconducting Josephson junction to THz wave and Hilbert transform to develop a miniaturized superconducting THz spectrum detector. Meanwhile,this paper presents the frequency spectrum measurement of multiple THz radiation sources.
