Quality culture construction in higher vocational colleges is an important route to enhance the quality of personnel training, however, nurturing quality culture is a long and hard task. By analyzing the character of quality culture character of higher vocational colleges, this paper maps out the tactic of quality culture construction, and describes the method of coordination office system with quality culture.
