为了研究运输过程中不同强度振动对河套蜜瓜生理及贮藏品质的影响,试验对河套蜜瓜进行不同频率的水平与垂直振动,并对振中呼吸强度及振后室温贮藏呼吸强度、细胞膜渗透率进行测定。试验结果表明,振动频率越大,蜜瓜果实振中呼吸强度越大,振动胁迫使果实贮藏期的呼吸高峰期提前或峰值增大,组织细胞膜的渗透率增大,衰老进程加快,贮藏期缩短,垂直振动的这种作用明显强于水平振动。
In order to study the effects of different strengthes of transport vibration on physiology and the quality of Hetao muskmelon during storage, the respiration intensity and the cell membrane permeability during storage at room temperature after different frequency horizontal and vertical vibration were detected . The results showed that the fiercer of vibration frequency are, the stronger respiration intensity when vibrating. Vibration stress advanced respiration peak or earlied respiration peak time, and increased the organization cell membrane penetration, which lead to the high speed of fruit senile advancement and the short storage period. The effects of the vertical vibration was more obvious.
